“We are reinventing our blog, a place to share news, inspiration, and industry trends worth talking about.”

What will become of this new year?  I believe, many wonderful things,
and that
tomorrow starts right now.

As I reflect on the past 13 months (was this the fastest January on record?), we’ve all had to navigate perilous and uncharted paths as an industry and as humans. Despite the prosperity, knock on wood, we have had to pivot from our standard selling habits and force ourselves to leave them behind.  In our quest to create and embrace the future way of connecting in our design community, we benefit from being agile thinkers and doers.

TG has embarked on Customer Experience upgrades to our physical and digital spheres. Funds are being reallocated to a marketing team that will drive our digital efforts and encourage our clients to return to the showroom (once again); where we have invested in renovations and a renewed energy.  Request a private tour, it would be my honor to walk you through our space.

We launched our new website, it is gorgeous and easy to navigate. Did I mention the Live Chat feature? And, when you find yourself working into the wee hours, you can dive right into our new Showroom Software which streamlines and simplifies the shopping experience online.  With the new “Insiders Access” you can also see pricing.  We are here for you in one way or another, 24/7.

As we continue to increase our social presence, look for us lighting up Instagram visually and leaning a bit more into LinkedIn focused on the business at hand.  We have added an inside staff member to our customer service team (Welcome Angela!), and most importantly have recommitted ourselves to client satisfaction.  Yes, we want to make sure you are happy.  We believe that you are numero uno in our world, and this drives us wild with joy.  We live to deliver the best customer experience you can get in the Pacific Northwest, let alone our home at the Seattle Design Center.

Renovations abound inside our showroom and with our attitudes.  We are filled with gratitude for the successes over the last few years and our growing foot traffic flow. There is a magic to our multi-line showroom formula in that we allow the designer to design a space with a worldly and collected approach vs the one place one look approach. We wake up every day to offer an ease of shopping with a full range of modern, contemporary, and traditional products in a one-stop friendly and healthy environment.  That’s all that matters.

We will celebrate new products like Made in Italy brands Henge and Giorgetti, this March 24th with our first in showroom event in over two years. We promise they will inspire all who walk through and see it, sit with it.  These collections are born from Italy with the cultivated look that defines the Pacific Northwest.  There is a level of exclusivity and a certain Italian style, encompassing beauty, originality, and design sophistication, that we can offer our clients. From the moment I saw the Hug armchair, I immediately knew this belonged in our showroom.  Who doesn’t need a hug these days!  Join us for a remarkable afternoon and celebrate all things Italian. RSVP to attend.

We are your leader to staying relevant and aware of current offerings.  It is our responsibility to find new makers and bring them forward.  We have a great start on this that already and will keep you posted.

We are committed to keeping all eyes forward, looking for new makers, showcasing our current artisanal products, and collaborating with our clients, you, rather than selling.

My new motto?  Tomorrow starts now. Who’s with me?  Join the TG movement.
